All Costs Are In New Zealand Dollars
GST is included in all prices – currently 15% (subject to Government change).

Child Rates
Where its not directly specified:- children 12 years and under who share a room with 2 adults, may travel at 50% of the adult rate. Where one adult and one child are sharing a room the adult pays the share twin rate and the child pays 80% of that. A second child will pay 50% of the share twin adult rate. For two adults with two children the adults pay the share twin rate and the children pay 50% of that (Quad rooms are not always available).

Tour Modules
A number of short tours are described within this brochure. Many more combinations are available. Any two or more tours can be linked together to meet your requirements.  We are able to offer tailor-made itineraries to any part of the country, for any duration.

Quarantine
New Zealand has very strict quarantine regulations. Do not bring any raw food, fruit, plant material, or soil with you. There are severe penalties if you do.

Price Changes
All tour costs are subject to alteration in instances beyond the company's control.

Deposits
Advance bookings require $100.00 deposit per person. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Final Payment
Final payment must be received not less than thirty days prior to first booked service.

Bookings
Bookings made within thirty days must be paid in full upon confirmation.

Amendments
Should you wish to make any changes to your booking/s after a confirmation has been received, one change to arrangements after confirmation, will be allowed free of charge. Further changes will incur a minimum service charge of $50.00 per change per file.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of bookings within thirty days of first booked service will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount of the booking/s. Cancellation of bookings within seven days will incur 100% penalty and no refund will be given.

Unused Services
There will be no refunds available for services provided which are not utilised. Should passengers fail to arrive for their pre-booked service / product or voluntarily cancel , amend or otherwise alter their arrangements, New Zealand Easybook Tours Limited will not be responsible for refunds. This is regardless of inferred or implied assurances on behalf of any of our industry partners.

Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that you are covered by adequate International Travel Insurance. This should be valid for the full duration of your holiday and include but not be limited to the following features: coverage for illness, injury, emergency assistance, loss of baggage and personal items, loss of monies due to cancellation or curtailment, and additional accommodation and repatriation costs to your home country due to illness or accident. New Zealand Easybook Tours Limited is able to recommend a suitable policy for you should you require it.

Responsibility
New Zealand Easybook Tours Limited (herein called the company) act only as agents for the hotels, airlines, transport operators, railways and tourism activity operators and contractors (herein called suppliers). All coupons, vouchers, exchange orders and receipts are subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any supplier's services whatsoever are provided by such suppliers. The company shall not be liable or responsible for death or injury to any person or loss of or damage to any property or otherwise including baggage, whether due to its or its servants, agents or employees negligence or otherwise arising out of or in conjunction with any suppliers or services or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers, incidents of the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays or cancellations of or changes in schedules or itinerary, or overbooking or defaults, or from any causes beyond the Company's control or through the acts of defaults of the Suppliers of services or any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passport, visa or other documentation and that neither the Company nor its servants, agents, or employees shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by the tour and / or modify the itineraries in any way it thinks desirable and further reserves the right to decline to accept any person on any tour and may substitute accommodation where necessary. Many tour packages travel through areas, which can be severely affected by weather conditions, causing disruptions to itineraries and schedules. Assistance will be provided to make alternative arrangements when and where practical, but no liability is accepted for either disruption OR for any operator who temporarily withdraws their service for whatever reason.

The issuance and acceptance of receipts, tickets, vouchers, coupons or travel orders shall be deemed consent of the above conditions. The transportation companies or firms shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however or by whomsoever caused and whatever kind occurring, of or to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not onboard a carrier or conveyance used and operated by the transport companies or firms. The passage contract in use by the transportation companies or firms shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchaser of these tours and / or passengers.

The company does not itself operate the transportation and accommodation services and does not accept responsibility for any act or omission on the part of those actually performing those services. Variations to transport, accommodation, airline and other services may necessitate alterations to itineraries and accommodation, with appropriate adjustment to costs. Baggage, personal effects and all insurances are the passenger's own personal responsibility and bookings are only accepted on these conditions. Payment of deposits and fares constitute the passenger's acceptance of these conditions.

Please Note
ALL passengers arriving in New Zealand require a valid PASSPORT. Some travellers may also require VISAS. As this documentation may take some weeks to obtain, please consult your travel agent at an early date.

Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall New Zealand Easybook Tours Limited or any third party providers or distributors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with the performance or non performance by New Zealand Easybook Tours Limited or any third party providers and distributors, including, but not limited to, non performance resulting from bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency, dissolution or liquidation even if such parties has been advised of the possibility of damages to such parties or any other party.
